FAQ
What is the delivery time? After you have placed an order, I will contact you within a day for an intake for more information. You will then receive your grid safely packed within a maximum of 14 working days via parcel post with track and trace at the address of your choice.
Are there additional costs if text is added? No, this is an extra free service
I have ordered and then?: You will receive a confirmation by email and I will contact you within 1 working day for a free (telephone) intake. If you agree, I will get to work so that a nice grid can be delivered within 10 working days
Will I be kept informed of the process? Yes, I regularly send photos via app or email
Can I choose gemstones/materials myself? No, I receive the assignment from you, but the artistic freedom lies with me, Daniëlle Balfoort. I tune into the energy of the recipient and intuitively feel which gemstones and materials will be the right ones
Isn't it very expensive? No, if you like bulk and cheap, this may not be the right product for you. Do you like a unique handmade gift of which there is only 1 and many hours of manual work are involved? Are you into gemstones and are you open to magic? Welcome :)
Can I also choose a different size embroidery hoop? Not yet. Maybe in the future. This size makes the embroidery and gemstones look beautiful
Are the materials you use fair/eco? I certainly pay attention to this when purchasing. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to purchase everything fairly. The embroidery hoops are made of certified wood. I work with gemstone suppliers that I have known for a long time. I pay attention to where they get the gemstones from and that it is as sustainable as possible. The silk and other materials such as yarns/sequins/beads are either new, but much of it is also vintage
Conditions
After the telephone intake with some background information about the recipient, I start creating the grid. Because each piece is unique and embroidered by hand, I do not accept returns.
Of course I will do everything I can to ensure that you are super happy with the result!
